MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS Body in extruded primary aluminum EN AW-6060 and die-cast EN AB-47100 with high resistance to oxidation. Tumbling process for preparation for the painting phase. Screws in A4 stainless steel with a high molybdenum content of 2.5-3%. EPDM gaskets.

Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:

1) Treatment of BONDERITE with chemical protection of metal-free fluozirconic material containing ceramic nanoparticles that create a cohesive, inorganic, high-density layer.

2) PRE-POLYMERIZATION cycle with application of the epoxy primer with characteristics of overpainting the appliance and high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc.

3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of polyester powder with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents, with resistance to the salt spray test of 1200h. Mechanical resistance IK 06

LIGHTING PERFORMANCE Optical reflector in 99.98% pure anodized aluminum, turned, anodized and painted white. Diffuser in opalized and dotted tempered glass. Light source, with fixed lamp position. Efficiency 24% INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE Installation is easy thanks to the provision of the polypropylene formwork. Suitable plastic supports reinforce the structure in the middle. This measure prevents deformation during the formation of walls by means of concrete castings. The devices are secured to the formwork using stainless steel screws. The ribbed glass slightly screens the view of the inside of the device. The ring and the grille block the ribbed glass diffuser by covering the edge of the formwork, therefore also the edge of the hole. In this way, imperfections in the masonry are hidden.

The protection devices prevent the intensity of these phenomena, protecting the devices from the risk of damage and prolonging their life. Outdoor lighting fixtures are subject to all types of permanent, temporary or transient electrical disturbances. Such disturbances can cause permanent damage or failures that compromise their performance and duration. The overvoltage protection device (supplied by SIMES ) is used to limit the destructive effect of these phenomena. A protection device must be provided for each lighting fixture at a distance of no more than 10m. For correct coordination of the protections, a protection device against overvoltage must also be provided inside the electrical panel supplying the system (the choice of the latter is the responsibility of the designer and is not supplied by SIMES )
