Material Characteristics:

• Body: Made of "Copper Free" EN AB-44100 primary aluminium die-casting, known for its high resistance to oxidation.
• Finish: 2mm thick aluminum front ring, ensuring strength and durability.
• Screws: A4 stainless steel with high molybdenum content (2.5-3%), for greater corrosion resistance.
• Seals: Annealed silicone for a perfect seal.
• Painting: Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:
  1. BONDERITE Treatment: Chemical protection with metal-free fluozirconic material, with ceramic nanoparticles that create a high-density inorganic cohesive layer.
  2. Pre-polymerization: Application of epoxy primer with high resistance to oxidation, thanks to the presence of zinc.
  3. Polymerization: Application of UV and weather resistant polyester powder, with resistance tested in salt spray for 1500 hours.

Mechanical resistance:
8 mm thick tempered acid-etched glass, with mechanical resistance classified as IK09. Ability to withstand a maximum load of 1000 kg.

Lighting Performance:

• Protective glass: 8 mm tempered acid-etched glass, which ensures protection of the light source and uniform diffusion of light.
• Luminous efficiency: 24% with fixedly positioned light source.
• Surface temperature: Low glass temperature, with a maximum of 47°C (at Ta 15°C), ensuring safety on contact.

Formwork for Installation and Maintenance:

• Made of polypropylene, it allows for easy installation with provision for cable entry.
• Easy maintenance: The casing allows for simple wiring, housing of the quick connector and easy removal of the device.

Wiring:

• Supplied with a section of H07RN-F power cable, closed by a PG 13.5 cable gland (Ø 6÷12 mm), sealed with two-component epoxy resin.
• Internal cables: Covered with protective silicone sheaths.
• Lamp change: Possible from the front without having to completely remove the appliance.
